The juror anonymously broke his silence on Good Morning America on Thursday to say the pair both abused each other but that there was ‘no evidence to support what Heard claimed

He called it a ‘fiasco’ and added that while Depp’s legal team was ‘sharp’, Heard’s had ‘sharp elbows’ and came off as abrasive.

‘She goes on a talk show in the UK. ‘The video shows her sitting there telling the host she gave all that money away.

‘ And the terms she used in the videotape clip were” I gave it down”,” I bestowed it”,” it’s gone.”

But the fact is she did not give importance of it down at each,’ the juror said.
Heard said on the stage that she used the terms’ pledged’ and’ bestowed’ interchangeably.

The juror added that he thinks both parties mistreated one another.

‘A lot of the jury felt what he was saying, at the end of the day, was more believable.

‘He just seemed a little more real in terms of how he was responding to questions.

‘His emotional state was very stable throughout,’ the juror said.

‘What I think is true is that they were abusive towards each other.

‘I don’t think that makes either of them right or wrong, but to rise to the level of what she was claiming, there wasn’t enough evidence that really supported what she was saying.’

He added that social media did not play a part in the verdict, as Heard has claimed, and that he doesn’t even use it.

‘We followed the evidence. I and at least two other jurors don’t use  Twitter or Facebook. Others who had it made a point not to talk about it.’

The jury sided with Depp, ruling that Heard did defame him with her 2018 op-ed in The Washington Post in which she described herself as the victim of domestic abuse and violence.

She was ordered to pay Depp $ 8 million in damages after deductions, but now says she can’t afford it.

Despite losing the trial, Heard continues to contend that she’s telling the verity and always has been.

before this week, she appeared on TODAY to contend that Depp did beat her, but she said she still loves him.
‘ To my dying day, I’ll stand by every word of my evidence,’ she told Savannah Guthrie, adding that she’ absolutely’ still loved the actor.

I love him. I loved him with all my heart and I tried the stylish I could to make a deeply broken relationship work. And I couldn’t. I’ve no bad passions or ill will towards him at all.
‘ I know that might be hard to understand or it might be really easy to understand if you’ve ever loved anyone.’

Heard maintains that it was a trial by social media and that her ex-husband won because he’s further popular than her.
When grilled by Guthrie about audio clips that were played during the six-week trial in which the actress could be heard admitting to being physically vituperative towards Depp, Heard claimed that she only ever’ responded to( physical violence)’ but that she’s noway to instigated it’.

I noway had to instigate it, I responded to it,’ she claimed.’ When you are living in violence and it becomes normal as I witnessed to-you have to acclimatize.’
Heard added that, while she’ has so important remorse’ over the’ horrible’ and’ unattractive’ effects she did and said to Depp, she was only acting as a person in extreme emotional, cerebral, and physical torture’ who felt that their life was at the threat of’.

  • The 36-year-old actress issued a bold ultimatum to her ex-husband via a spokesperson on Friday, hours before her explosive sit-down with Savannah Guthrie is due to air in full on Dateline
  • NBC’s Peacock released a 20-minute preview clip from Heard’s wide-ranging interview on Thursday in which she dropped several more sensational bombshells
  • In the sneak peek, Heard, 36, says she has an ‘a binder worth of years of notes dating back to 2011… that was taken by my doctor who I was reporting the abuse to’
  • She handed over the so-called binder to Dateline, which reviewed the notes and found several mentions of violence, which Heard claims she suffered at the hands of Depp, 59
  • Dateline reports that the notes contain descriptions of violence dating back to January 2012, when ‘Heard told her therapist Depp “hit her, threw her on the floor”‘
  • Elsewhere in the preview, Heard insists that she is ‘not vindictive’ and that she is not trying to seek ‘vengeance’ against her former spouse by repeating her defamatory claims that she was abused by Depp
  • The Dateline preview was shared one day after the Today show finished airing its three-part look at the interview, in which Heard also admits that she ‘absolutely still loves her ex-husband

Amber Heard has challenged her ex-husband Johnny Depp to do his own TV interview ‘if he has a problem’ with her repeating her defamatory allegations that he beat her during an explosive sit-down with NBC’s Dateline – in which she reveals that she has a ‘binder full of therapist’s notes, which she claims prove her accusations that he physically and sexually abused her.

‘If Mr. Depp or his team have a problem with this, we recommend that Johnny himself sit down with Savannah Guthrie for an hour and answer all her questions,’ a spokesperson told DailyMail.com after a series of clips from the interview were aired on Today and on Peacock in which Heard branded Depp, 59, a ‘liar’ and doubled down on claims that he beat her and sexually assaulted her during their relationship.

During a preview clip from the interview, Heard also released a ‘binder full of notes from her therapist, which she claims is fresh evidence proving her allegations of physical and sexual abuse against her Depp, despite the notes already being dismissed by the judge in her defamation case.

Heard turned over ‘years’ worth’ of notes taken by her therapist detailing instances when she says the actor ‘hit her, threw her against a wall, and threatened to kill her’ as part of her new interview with NBC’s Dateline. However, the judge in her trial against Depp had already dismissed the notes as ‘hearsay’ and barred her legal team from submitting the documents as evidence.

Nevertheless, the actress has now gone public with the binder, which ‘dates back to 2011 from the very beginning of her relationship’ ahead of an explosive sit-down interview with Savannah Guthrie, due to air on Friday night.

The interview follows a three-part sneak peek that was broadcast on NBC’s Today show earlier this week, when Heard repeated her defamatory claims about the abuse she says she suffered at the hands of Depp.

In an explosive 20-minute preview from the Dateline episode, notes taken by Heard’s therapist during their sessions are shown on-screen, with Guthrie, 50, revealing how they contained several descriptions of violence that the actress alleged she had faced during her appointments.

‘There’s a binder worth of years of notes dating back to 2011 from the very beginning of my relationship that was taken by my doctor to who I was reporting the abuse,’ Heard told Guthrie.

‘Her notes represented years, years of real-time explanations of what was going on.’

According to Guthrie and Dateline, which was given access to the so-called ‘binder’, the notes contain descriptions of violence dating back to January 2012, when ‘Heard told her therapist Depp “hit her, threw her on the floor”‘.
